We worked on exercises and then in the middle of it, Michael had to show me the new clothes he got :) when  we were almost finished, the fire alarm went off. I had him go upstairs. (He didn't understand that he needed to leave when he heard that). We came back and finished his exercises, I had him read some of the instructions to me too. He has a hard time with that but does better with the words and phrases that he has. I have been having him tell me what we did that day before I go. Maybe this will help with putting sentences together.

We did Michael's exercises today with the new papers. He has been counting to 10 when we do them. We worked on some new flashcards and ran out of tape. We went over to Walgreen's then we came back and he helped me put the flashcards together and then read what they were. After we were done we went and had lunch upstairs. When we were walking back to his place, I mentioned he should write an M in the snow. He wrote 'Mickey' in the snow :) we worked on pictures and words when we got back to  his place. He got out his change, so we ended up counting how much he has. He did a good job. I had him put a movie in his DVD player before I left. He was so sweet telling me he didn't want me to go
