Michael had just taken a shower when I showed up today. He showed me his new 'homework' from Speech Therapy. We worked on that, he did a really good job. I showed him the flashcards I made and we looked at those too. He did his exercises and since it was such a nice day, I wanted to take him outside. We went to Sugarhouse Park, it was really pretty. We took some of his Speech Therapy papers with us to work on. One of the phrases was "A lot of _______ " (Fill in the blank.) He said "A lot of, money." I thought that was a great answer! :) We looked at the Highland Cove newsletter and he chose some things he would like to do. He wanted to wait to fill out the rest later. He was telling me about a lady that lives down the hall. When I asked him if he talked to her, he said "Only when I have to." It was kinda funny. He was really talkative today. We stopped at Arby's on the way back and then had lunch outside at Highland Cove. One of these days I'll have to watch a movie with him. He asked me to stay and watch a movie with him today. He gave me a big hug when I left. He said he had a nice visit with his sister when she was here visiting.
