Michael's neighbor got kind of mad at him today. When I got there, he had the door open and his TV on. I shut the door and explained that it might bother some people, and asked him to keep his door shut while the TV is on. He made us coffee and we practiced his fill in the blank and phrase paper. It was his choice. He said "Thank you" when we were done with the paper, it was nice :) We did a few exercises and then we went upstairs. Michael walked me to the door and then went to lunch.
He showed me he was out of shaving creme. I told him we could go out on Tuesday and get that and then maybe pick up something to eat and take it to the park.

It's a really nice day today. When we did Michael's exercises, I didn't make him count unless he wanted to. I thought I'd give him a break. ;) I had him do his fill in the blank and phrase paper. He did a really good job at concentrating and thinking of the right words that would fit. We went up to lunch and afterwards, we walked outside; sat on the bench for a bit and looked at some of the flowers that are coming up. He walked me to my car, I mentioned he should go for a walk and said he was going to go and take a nap. At lunch I mentioned that we should make something for Easter. He said "Ya, OK!" 

Michael showed me the glasses he got the other day. Web both tried them on.I took a picture of him with them on and he took a picture of me. He said he would take them back. We did his exercises then went up to lunch. After lunch we went back downstairs and he chose to work on matching words to pictures. Michael walked me to the door when I had to leave.

When I looked up, Michael had this on. He's so funny :)

When I came in, Michael told me I looked pretty today! So sweet :) He made us some coffee and he showed me a bunch of stuff he has ‘collected’. We filled in the first week of April on his calendar. I let him choose what he wanted to work on and he chose his fill in the blank paper. He did a really good job on it too. We did his exercises and then he went to lunch after walking me to the door of course ;) (He said we could go to lunch and I told him I had to go and he said “We’ll see about that”. It was cute)

It was such a nice day today! A little windy but nice. We did Michael's exercises (He had a hard time concentrating and counting) and then he said he needed to go to Walgreen's and showed me he was almost out of coffee and razors. On the way to the store he said "Go this way" when I asked why, he said "Just for the hell of it" :) He showed me where he goes for walks. We went to the store, got what he needed and looked around a little bit too. We came back and I had lunch with him and then I had to go. I mentioned that he should go for a walk. He said he probably would ;)

Michael had his hair cut and it looks really nice :) He did his exercises and even saying "No that's not right" or "Lets start over" when he was counting. He did a really good job at focusing today and knowing when he needed to start over. I had him read some of his monosyllic, bisyllic, and tricyclic words. He did pretty good at that too. He went up to lunch after walking me to the door.

Michael was trying to tell me what he wanted to make or buy. I couldn't figure it out. He poured me a cup of coffee and we talked about it and finally figured it out! Yay :) He wanted to go and buy some more garbage bags. The ones he has now, are too big. We went to Walgreens and found some. I was telling him they would be the same size. We got back, and they were actually shorter than the other ones. "Ya that's it, see?" I'm glad I figured it out, I know how stressed he can get when he is trying to tell you something and can't get it out. We went up to lunch and exercised with his weights afterwards.

Since Friday's are short days. We just worked on Michael's exercises and visited. He asked me if I wanted to go up to lunch with him. I told him I could on Tuesday instead. 

I brought my Kindle Fire in today. I have a money app and we worked on counting money. (Michael had made coffee and made me a cup) :) After we were done counting money, we did his exercises and then he showed me his card for D.I. We went there and he bought a western movie. It even has John Wayne in it. We went to lunch at McDonald's and then we came back to his place and I helped him with his new movie. The video input is having problems though so he wasn't able to watch it today.

Today when I came over, Michael showed me the movie that he got when we went to D.I. He was telling me that he had it already, and showed me too. He said I could have it but I told him he could give it to someone that would like it better. We had coffee, did his exercises and the fill in the blank work sheet and then we went to Walgreen's for a couple things. He wanted to go out more but I told him I had to go and that I could spend more time with him on Tuesday. He said "OK".

I waited too long to post so I don't remember exactly what we did on these two days. I know we did his exercises like we normally do though. I'm pretty sure we highlighted some activities to do on his calendar for March on one of these days too.
